topstudy.com is operated by Academia United Edtech Group L.L.C-FZ ("Topstudy", "we", "us"). Topstudy is a language-travel agency: we advise students, compare accredited language schools and book courses, accommodation and related services with partner institutions worldwide. We are a member of ALTO (Association of Language Travel Organisations) and ICEF accredited.

2. Scope
These Terms govern your use of topstudy.com and any enquiry, quotation or booking request you submit through it. By using the site you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
3. What we do and what we do not do
We act as an agent between you and the language school. The course, the teaching and, where booked through the school, the accommodation are provided by that school under its own terms and conditions. Those terms apply to your enrolment alongside these Terms.
Prices, availability, start dates and course content are set by the partner schools and can change. Information shown on this site is for guidance; a booking is confirmed only when we send you a written confirmation.
4. Visa guidance
We help with documentation and guidance for student visas. We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal advice. Visa decisions rest entirely with the relevant authorities and we cannot guarantee any outcome. You remain responsible for meeting entry requirements, including passport validity, insurance and any health requirements.
5. Booking, payment and cancellation
Payments, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Sales & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Your responsibilities
When you use the site or make a booking, you agree to:
- give accurate and complete information, and keep it up to date;
- be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian;
- use the site lawfully, and not attempt to disrupt, scrape or gain unauthorised access to it;
- comply with the rules of the school and the accommodation provider during your stay.
7. Intellectual property
The site, its text, design, logos and images belong to Academia United Edtech Group L.L.C-FZ or to its licensors and partner schools. You may view and print pages for your own use. You may not copy, republish or use them commercially without our written permission. Brand names and logos of partner schools remain the property of their owners.
8. Third-party content and links
The site contains information supplied by partner schools and links to their websites. We take care in presenting it but we do not control it and are not responsible for the content of external sites.
9. Reviews and submitted content
If you send us a review, photograph or other content, you confirm it is your own and you allow us to publish it on the site. We may decline or remove content that is unlawful, misleading or offensive.
10. Limitation of liability
We provide the site and our agency services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the acts or omissions of a partner school, accommodation provider, airline or authority. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

12. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version published on this page at the time of your booking is the one that applies to it. The date at the top shows when this page was last changed.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the place of our registration, and disputes are subject to the competent courts there. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights available to you in your country of residence.
